Anyone in the world

We just launched a new QlikView module called Aggregating with AGGR().  This module appears in the Create Visualizations pathway for Business Users.  This module will investigate the QlikView Aggr() function. Aggr() returns an array of values for the expression calculated over the stated dimension or dimensions. For example, the maximum value of sales, per customer, per region. The Aggr function is used for advanced aggregations, in which the Aggrfunction is enclosed in another aggregation function, using the array of results from the Aggr function as input to the aggregation in which it is nested. In this module, you will be able to:

  • Understand what service the AGGR() function performs
  • Appreciate why aggregating data within sheet objects is important
  • Explore use cases for aggregating data at run time
  • Practice using the AGGR() function
This module is roughly 55 minutes long.  Click here to go directly to the module
